HEEY!
I sure hope you all are doing so great! This week has just been the greatest! It is just so crazy that we are already almost done with this transfer! It has gone by so fast...Craziness! Each day is super busy but it is my favorite!
So where to begin, first off the weather here in Denmark is basically bipolar, one day it is so warm and sunny that you dont even need a jacket and the next day it is raining and cold... but hey a lady on the bus told us that it should start being warm all the time in June so it is a only a few months away!
This week we have done service and more service, lots of people want us to help in their gardens and clean their houses, it is the best, working outside in the sun is beautiful, the only down side is my fear of bugs and spiders but other than that it is perfect! Being out side really balances out the days where we are inside the church for 10 hours. it is crazy, on wednesday both district meetings and then 2 appointments with ole so we were in the church for over 10 hours straight. But it went really great, Ole is super awesome, just really trying to understand the scriptures perfectly and he began writing down pages of questions that he is trying to answer and really wants to bring his moms name to the temple. so we decided it would be good for him to start up family history. The center here is open every wednesdaynight so we just asked him to come back a bit later, and he was in so he came back that same night and we got him set up with one of the experts and they got him started. That same night because we didnt plan on being in the church for so long we had the elders go get dinner from lidl a little grocery store because they are awesome, they brought back this chocolate Møsli cereal and we all ate it, but a member came in and totally thought that we eat that like every night so she got really concerned and now we keep getting concerned members telling us that if we dont have a place to eat to just come visit them... its way nice but seriously we usually dont eat that! wayy funny!
Also we went on splits so i was with sister Van Orden, and it was great. We went and visited Korna this really cute greenlandic lady, she is the sweest, she had a friend over so we got to teach them both and we taught about prophets and Korna was like "yes yes i believe" over and over again. her friend even wants to meet with us again! it was wonderful! greenland just needs to be open to missionaries because every greenlandic person we meet is way open and willing to listen! it is wonderful!
We were also able to meet with Anja and she only needs one more temple prep class and she is ready for the temple! even had both her interviews! it is so exciting and she is so ready for it! :)
Also our good friend bart is doing awesome, he is as sassy as usual and has now invited us over to make pancakes with him. he is going places and we are planning to help him understand more about christ this week and why he is so important. I just love all the people here and that we meet with!
Well i think that is all the big things that happened. It has been a great week, the members here are wonderful, and just so much fun! i love it so much! i am like 99.9 % sure i will stay here in odense next transfer because i am technically the only odense 2 sister right now, so it would only make sense but we find out on thursday! so i am way happy about that but it still means saying goodbye to all them in Odense 1 menighed. but hey itll be good! I love you all! have a great week! :))
