Hej!
Another week has flown by! And wow has it just been great! It started off with my bike having a flat, but hey guess who are super great at finding last minute busses? Yep the Aalborg Sister! We were able to find our way all the way to our appointment and back without any computer... who needs technology anyway? It was a great family home evening with Mark and Nynne and their two kids. They are adorable and both Sister Rovig and I knew them from Odense so it was just a blast. Their kids, 2 young boys are just so adorable!
Also this week we were able to meet again with Kathleen, who loves us and is just so cute. Her husband is also fond of us and wants to have us over for a hygge aften, so we helped Kathleen clean her stairs then we talked a bit with her and Ole (husband) and Andreas (neighbor friend) and it was great.
ALVIS! He was a man we contacted about 3 weeks ago but finally got an appointment with on Wednesday, and he is super positive, he is Catholic and very religious, we have taught him the first 2 lessons and he is accepting everything we have told him so far, he is very excited to read in the Book of Mormon, he truly is a miracle!
Kate a wonderful woman we do service for also taught us to make liverpostej, so that was super fun, we also cleaned her house so it was all nice a tidy for when her sister comes. It always gives us a good chance to get to know her and see how we can help her while we work and talk with her. Then later that day we got to teach the Young Men & Young Women about missionary work, and many of them are super good at bringing in the gospel into conversations. I was very impressed. This ward is incredible!
Pedro is doing wonderful, he is reading as much as he can, and continues asking questions about baptism! It is great, this is the most positive I have ever seen him. It is incredible! He is really sick but he is getting better hopefully!
Saturday we got to go back to ODENSE! There was a Kvinde Konference for all the women in Denmark so we got to go back! Let me tell you, Odense is wonderful! We took the train and got to talk with Maria, a member from Århus, she is great, just really real and herself, I love her! so that was way fun! At the conference I got to see all the wonderful women from Odense! It was my favorite. I got to talk alot with Ximena one of my favorite people ever, I just felt this want to talk with her and it was exaclty what I needed and what she needed too. It made me realize that just taking a few seconds and just focusing on one person can make a huge difference. Her family have really been the greatest, so it was great to see her again.
Sunday was wonderful as ever, church was great then we had a lot of member building! It was some great appointments with members, and an Elder I used to serve with in Odense who is now home was at one of the eating appointments it was so weird. He went home 7 months ago, but it feels like it was just yesterday. Time really does fly by so fast!
Well, it has been great and hope you all are doing wonderful! Thanks for all, keep rocking it! :)
