Why Hello Family!
I sure hope everyones week is going great! I loved hearing from you all throughout the week, those dear elders are the best! This week has been a lot better than the last which is such a blessing! Plus we get our flight plans on friday!!!! YAY! pray that my visa comes and everything works out there!
It is crazy here how much I love my classes. My 3 teachers are seriously the funniest people and I learn so much from them each day! I love it!
I also got to go to the temple dedication here at the MTC! WOW it was incredible. I loved all the speakers and at the end how we all sang the Spirit of God and it was awesome! I couldnt describe the way it felt to sing all toghether the Spirit of God, you could feel the angels singing too!
So some things that are random but happened this week:
First off two of our teachers came and ate pizza dinner with us and it was so fun because we got to hear all about their experiences on their missions and all about Denmark! It made me even more excited.
One of our teachers loves going on walks as like our break for class, and one day he decides he wants to eat pine nuts from a pine cone on the ground; and so me and not my comp but another sister were dared into eating them too. So we did, lets just say pine nuts are very gross tasting! like the outside of sunflower seeds but not the flavor.
Our teachers also thought it would be funny to prank us and tell us that we had to take a language test and pass in order to make it to Denmark. We were all freaked out because lets be real, none of us are too great at speaking. Then our teacher goes and writes godtroende on the board and tells us to look it up. It means gullible in english. We all laughed so hard and luckily there was no test like that! But it cracked us all up!
We got new dutch elders and sisters this week which is so fun! A bunch of the elders are forgien so they are hilarious.
Yesterdays devotional was M. Russel Ballard! He was amazing like all apostles! His words were just what we all needed to hear. He talked all about the atonement, trying our best, and the worth of souls! It was inspired!
I loved all your packages and notes this week! as always they are awesome! I am super lucky to have you all!
I love you all so much and hope you have a wonderful week!!!!
love,
