HI!!!!
Wow I seriously cant believe it has been another week! Time goes by so fast here! I feel like it was just yesterday that I had my last p-day! First off thank you so much for all the dear elders and the package! I love getting them and hearing about all the fun random stuff that is going on!
This week has been really packed with classes and other stuff so not too much exciting things happened each day so I am just gonna tell you all about the big stuff instead of listing off what I did each day!
The investigator that we taught for so long turned out to be our new teacher who served her mission in Denmark like 6 months ago. She is great a really funny! We started teaching our teachers lessons as our new investigators which is nice because then they know what we really need to learn. There are tons of new missionaries here and in my zone, it is so hard to keep them all straight and come monday us 9 danes will be the oldest (in terms of MTC days) here in charge of all 50 sweds and nords kinda crazy; and with all the new missionaries it takes super long to get food hahah the lines are ridiculous. We also learned how to tract this week and different ways to start conversations which is harder than you would think because you cant just ask someone how they are doing.
We had Fast Sunday which honestly was a lot easier to fast here becasue we already go so long without food on a normal day its no big deal. I read this article the other day that said the hardest battle we will ever fight is the one in our heart between ourselves and the lord. It said that if we win the battle we both lose but if we lose the battle with the Lord we both win. So that is my new goal is to surrender my heart unto the Lord.
In class we had to write the Joseph Smith story so we could tell it in 5,3, and 2 minutes and I realized how many things all went into the restoration and it made it so much harder to cut down on the important facts so I could make the story shorter.
One of our teachers gave the best lesson or class ever this week. It was kind of a hard day just because we all had so much we had to do and were all really tired but he could tell we weren't all in it, and it was just us sisters that night so for a whole 2 hours he told us all about his mission and the events that changed his life and his mission. He didnt sugarcoat it at all and the stories he told were so real and the spirit was so strong that it just made the time so aweosme. It made me want to do better. He said that we need to make Denmark our own Gethsemane where we suffer each day for the people becasue we love them; and if we do that it won't matter what happens or how many people we teach because as long as we love them and have the love of Christ with us we will be successful. Just everything he said hit me really hard! It was amazing and I loved it.
Last night we had an amazing devotional! Afterwards we were starving so we bought a vending machine pizza and ate it and ate cinnimon rolls and just talked for the longest time. It was so neeeded and I am so glad that I am in the district and zone I am in. They are all wonderful missionaries and people.
Well I love you all so much and am so thankful for all you guys do for me! Keep writing me, I love getting them! miss you and love you!!!
