HIII!
I love you all! I sure hope you all have had a fantastic week!
I cannot believe we are already on the last week of the transfers! so crazy! We find out on thursday at zone training about transfers so that will be exciting! I am hoping I get to stay here in Odense for a little longer! It is really exciting because President Sederholm will be telling us live our transfers instead of having the assistants call us. He did it this way last transfer but only for our zone becuase we had zone training, but he decided to do it this way for everybody this time. It really is a special experience. President has the strongest spirit and everything he says comes with this warm feeling. I love it!
Anyway, this week was good! We were able to talk more with our investigator Ole about setting a baptismal date. He is a little hessitant but he is definitely more open now than when I first arrived so I know that the Lord is helping to open his heart to the idea. It is wonderful to see him progress. He is the sweetest Man ever. Just full of love for everybody. He is never thinking about himself or what he needs, just about others. It is fun to see how selfless he is, even after all the hard times in his life and the troubles he has gone through he still isn't bitter and I think that is the greatest thing. He is strong and wonderful! He has started drinking hot chocolate every morning instead of coffee, he says its not the same but if it is what God wants he shouldn't argue. So that is awesome!
We also had an appointment with this man Bart. let me tell you he is hilarious! He is from lithuania and here for school. He's like 24 or something and speaks english. But everytime we come visit him he has some hilarious story to tell us and just says the greatest things. He was telling us about how you never know who you are gonna run into on the streets so sometimes he keeps eggshells filled with chili powder and sand his pocket so that if something happens he can throw it at them and it will blind them for a little while. But he tried it on himself and it goes away after about a day. Just the funniest man. But he met missionaries a while back and said that they made blankets to give to those that were homeless so we all earned his eternal repect. Just shows how much service can do! Always a good time!
Anyway, I love you all so much! I hope everything is going awesome! :))
