Wow,
Where to even begin... this week has just been the craziest week, like so much has happened wow. so I guess first off I am staying in Odense 2, sadly the trio is being split up but hey we had a rocking last week!
On Monday we had an awesome but very strange appointment with Henry, he is this older man from Iran, we ran into him on the way home from the church building and he invited us back to his house so we were like not sure why. He is just the most random funny guy ever. So we get to his house and he brings out his old scrapbooks, believe it or not he is a World ´weight lifting champion, he doesnt look like it as much now but he totally was, showed us all sorts of medals and Pictures. He then proceeds to introduce us to his pet tiger (which is a stuffed guy) and asks if any of us have a camera. We then got some super epic Pictures with him and the tiger. He was just so funny and sweet, we gave him a Mormons Bog and told him to read it and said he would love to.
We had awesome appoints with Ole, where he told us he wants to go to the temple and so we are working with him on that. And we brought JJ a Greenlandic man in our Ward to Korna (a greenlandic investigator) and he was able to explain so much to her in Greenlandic so that she understood all about the restoration and the gospel of Jesus Christ, and we had to bolt to catch a bus home, but he called us afterwards and told us that she was excited to be baptized and that she just wants to know more and more. So we are definitely gonna keep up with that. JJ is wonderful so that was awesome!
Thursday Morning was the day of transfer calls, and here the assistants call unless you are getting a leadership position then President calls, so we were all nervous waiting for the assistants, we knew we were gonna get split up and that one of us would be leaving Odense, but we didn't know who, so like halfway through studies we get a call and it is from President... which didn't make it any better. He says hello and then is like we all know why I am calling, so lets just start and Begins to tell off what is happening the next transfer. He tells Sis Sorensens she's going to Fredericksberg (that was a shock) Sis Moseley is staying OD1 and getting a Sis Thompson :) and I am staying OD2 but I am training! :) so I get a brand new missionary on Wednesday. Way exciting!! So getting myself the last Sister greenie in a long time! so I am waiting it out here in Glasaxe with 2 other sisters until Wednesday and then will head back to good old Odense! Way excited but ahhh didn't really see it coming!
Then that same night we went up to Gelsted where Tommy and Lene live, and we got up there early so we went to say goodbye to the Hansens, it was way sad they didn't want us to leave even followed us all the way Down to the next appt on their bikes, they live in OD1 boundries so that Means I don't get to work with them anymore. So that was fun we played with them for a bit before heading to Tommy and Lene, they are just the cutest, we had only met with them 1 time before but Lene was balling that 2 of us were moving, she was like you all are my girls. Just the greatest people such a fun night. Ended up missing our bus home... Again... but luckily the Trupins (a elderly couple) have a car and were willing to come pick us up!
All in all really exciting and fun! It is weird how fast this past transfer went by, but seriously so much fun! I love you all so much and hope you all have a great week! Happy almost mothers day! I can't wait to Skype yall!
